Procter & Gamble Files Lawsuit Against CAO Group

• Procter & Gamble has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of Ohio charging CAO Group with violating P&G’s intellectual property by manufacturing and selling its “Sheer White,” “Sheer FluorX” and “Sheer DesenZ” products.
